Picture: Exploring at Home (San Francisco)



I'm not sure whether this cave/tunnel was man-made or natural (it's probably man-made). It's at the old Sutro Bath ruins near Ocean Beach. At the opening, you walk out onto rocks right next to the crashing surf.

I guess it does look like rolling water. I'm standing inside the tunnel looking towards the opening on the other end. My position is low, near the ground, and the tunnel floor was damp and wet, and it undulates along its length.
